What procedure
is best for you?

GASTRIC SLEEVE

A gastric sleeve removes a segment of the stomach which enables you to eat smaller meals and feel full at the same time. The procedure is a minimally invasive surgery with a short hospital stay of a 1-2 night stay. Our dedicated team are there from the very outset. The gastric sleeve requires a complete lifestyle change, from the way you see food to the exercise you undertake, but don’t worry, we ensure you are supported from the moment you decide to have surgery, so you can embrace this change.

GASTRIC BAND

The gastric band is a small inflatable band that fits around the top of your stomach to control your hunger pangs and restrict your food intake. To aid you in your weight loss journey, we recommend that you follow a few golden rules, such as avoiding sloppy and high calorific foods, but don’t worry; you’re not going through this alone. Our experienced team will explain this and answer any questions you may have regarding the aftercare procedures.

REVISION SURGERY

Revision Weight Loss Surgery is a surgical procedure that is performed on patients who have already undergone a form of bariatric surgery, such as gastric band, gastric bypass or gastric sleeve and have either had complications or have not had a significant weight loss.

GASTRIC BYPASS

The gastric bypass may seem like an invasive surgery as it involves stapling your stomach to create a small pouch in order to reduce your food intake. However, the gastric bypass operation is a relatively quick procedure of one and a half hours, with a recovery time of three – six weeks. We understand that the thought of a procedure of this nature is a big decision. Our dedicated team, some of whom have had this procedure, will guide you through, offering advice and clinical support in order for you to begin your weight loss journey.
